Quote requests submitted through this site are inquiries, not confirmed bookings. Pricing, availability, and design details are confirmed in writing before any event. A booking is secured only after a signed agreement and any required deposit.
3. Designs and photos
All designs, photographs, and content on this site are the property of The Balloonery LLC and may not be reproduced without permission. Inspiration photos you upload remain yours; you grant us permission to use them solely to prepare your quote and design.
4. Service area
We primarily serve Holland, Zeeland, Saugatuck, Hamilton, Grand Haven, and surrounding West Michigan communities. Travel outside this area may be available — contact us.
5. Liability
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Balloonery LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of the site itself. Event-specific terms, including installation, weather, and cancellation policies, are covered in your service agreement.
